My appointment was canceled without anyone informing me. I called and send text and was told when I arrived I could come back tomorrow if I wanted to get my hair done. I took a whole day off from work to come here for absolutely nothing... trust the reviews.. I seen there was other schedule issued and ignored and now I'm out a day and have to find another time and place to get my hair done.
I SWEAR OUR PEOPLE NEED TO DO BETTER
I had an appointment booked that I rescheduled b/c I need my hair to be finished closer to my birthday. I called and SPOKE TO THE MANAGER/OWNER, and expressed I’m on a TIGHT SCHEDULE. This dMF decided to tell me COME IN THIS DAY AT THIS TIME AND ILL BE THE ONE DOING YOUR HAIR. I SHOW UP 30 minutes EARY , for her to call 15 minutes LATE talking about SHE CANT DO IT. Asking me to wait a MF HOUR.I got lawyers to meet, and other things I need done!
Worse customer service
Took them more than 2 days to be able to check appointment schedule and to say they are not available when the salon is literally always empty or closed.
Worst experience
I went to this shop and Drea did an half up half down style the back part that’s was down she did a quick weave. Leaving the shop I was feeling good and looking good. Four days later that whole back quick weave was completely out, as if glue was never applied. I text Drea advising the situation and her words were to come back ASAP she was trying to keep less glue off my hair. When I text her the day of the appointment another lady advising she...
