Crystal Cove - Baltimore, Maryland 21202 - Harborplace (and The Gallery)

On Saturday August 29, I brought a dress while shopping at the Baltimore Harbor. The person selling the dress was an employee with Crystal Cove. I was charged $63.00. I asked her before leaving if they had another store and she told me Yes Crystal Cove inside the mall. While walking around the mall area I saw the Cove and went inside. I saw the same dress I had just brought from the outside. I asked the clerk the price of the dress and she told me the cost was $55.00. I thought I heard wrong so I ask her again and she quoted the same $55.00. I then showed her my dress that I just purchased outside. You should have heard the excuses from this women why the I was charged a higher price. I went back to the lady outside and heard her on the phone with the lady from the store. I told her what she and her partner were doing was wrong. It's called film-flam. Buyers be ware.
