I was there at 10:30 this morning (4/10/23) and it was closed. My watch needs a battery so I went to JCPenney and Kohl's and was told to go to Dakota Watch. I passed it again and it was still closed so I left at about 10:45. I've been going there for years and was disappointed.
Never pay cash!
On September 20, 2021 I stop by in Eastgate location Dakota Watch booth. I was plan to replace battery and watch band in my watch. Person name Edgar was a clerk in this booth. He was heavily flirting with me, he gives me his phone number, asking for a date. I was not very comfortable with that heavy flirting. He offered me a “good deal” if I pay cash for my purchase. I was OK to pay cash. I completely forgot to ask for a receipt. Few days later,
