I stopped at the kiosk store on Sunday Feb. 25th 2018. I had a pocket watch that I was having trouble trying to figure out how to open the watch to change the battery. The male sales rep would not give me instructions on how to do it. Stated he was there to sell batteries and not tell people how to do it for themselves. Very forward and mean/smart about it. Stated that if you take your car to a dealer to fix and you asked how to do something they won't tell you. This gentlemen just lost a future sale.
