Poor Customer Service
First of all the Bakersfield Valley Plaza location needs a lot of training how to approach a customer. There's a Sales person "Jackie" who really needs the training. I bought my wedding set and wanted my ring sized to a smaller size. She proceeded to fill out the slip and I specifically told her I needed a size 6. So mind you I signed my paperwork on a Sunday. So three days later i get a call and she tells me what size are you? ""Really"??. I told you that 3 days ago. I am really disappointed in this location. I would not recommended this location to anyone.
