UNPROFESSIONAL
Awful experience yesterday! The nail tech assigned to me was SO pushy about upgrading all my services that he NEVER gave up trying to upscale me during the entire mani/pedi experience. Hearing him rant about all this the entire time made it an unenjoyable experience off the get go. I sat in the pedicure chair at 5:05pm & both my “deluxe” mani and pedicure were done by 5:31pm. He got an attitude when I told him NO on the upgrades (up-charges) that he rushed through my entire spa treatment. Not to mention that he also made an uneducated and VERY rude comment about some discoloration on my legs. Asking if I was “painting on myself.” I will never go back there and I will continue to speak on my awful experience there when others ask so it deters them from visiting this place.
