Great Dentists, Not So Great Policies
I have nothing but praise for the actual dentists at Dental Town. They are capable and reasonable. I have been a patient for almost 3 years. However, I have had several issues now with the staff operating the practice. Most recently, today, I called to schedule a time to get a very small cavity filled. The periodontist they had referred me to previously identified it and I had hoped to have Dental Town fix on the same day I'd be coming in for my routine cleaning. The Dental Town receptionist I spoke to however would not schedule an appointment for the work. She insisted that because Dental Town had not diagnosed the cavity that I would have to come in for a limited exam first and then I could schedule the filling. That is, in my opinion, totally unnecessary and a complete waste of my time.
