MALÍSIMO
HORRIBLE SERVICIO. Empleados con poca orientación al servicio, mala calidad de gafas. HORRIBLE. No compren. Se tardaron 3 meses en enviarme unas gafas que había pedido online.
Disappointed
My mother went to the DEO store at the Plaza Carolina Mall in Puerto Rico and paid for an order for two pairs of glasses that cost her a total of $ 440. Today she went to pick them up, but they wanted to give her some different glasses due to a mistake made by one of the employees in the model number. One of the employees even admitted the mistake he made. Still, they didn't want to correct the order even though she was willing to wait for the correct ones to be ordered and shipped. They also did not want to return her money. There were three employees in the store, and none of them wanted to help her or agree to correct this mistake on their part.
