Misleading/refused refund after saying they would
Took in an iPad for repair. They quoted me $80 for repair but charged me a $40 diagnostic fee and said it would go towards the cost of the $80 repair. Three hours later call me and tell me repair is $180, not the original $80 and then an additional optional repair that parts alone were $70 so they were going to “pass” on repairing the iPad. On the phone said I would receive a refund of the $40 diagnostic fee because they are “passing on fixing it” but when I go in to pick up my iPad, they refuse the refund. They baited me and misled me. I will never recommend them! They are not true to their word. Look elsewhere for your repair needs unless you like to be taken advantage of.
