Not always as nice as it looks
Went in for a return. While selling the policies were not even mentioned. Wish they can let people know while selling the product.
Poor customer service
Rosey talks over the customer. Did not adhere to company return policy. Not knowledgeable about policies. Rude and doesn't know how to speak nicely to customers. Doesn't listen well. I will not shop there ever again.

Rosie was very mean. Talks over the customer and did not let me explain what my exchange was and that it was a gift. I had the gift receipt and it was within the time allowed for a return. She was very rude. She would not take the return or let me exchange it. I Will not shop there ever again. Poor customer service.
Best Jewelry Store in Town!
When searching for the perfect engagement ring we went to dozens of jewelers. When we walked into Diamond and Company we were immediately warmly greeted by Rosie and Jamil. Not only were we impressed by their superb customer service but also at the vast selection of options they had available. I found my dream ring and they made financing hassle free. This is the only place I will go to for all my jewelry needs! I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!

Shopping my pandora and diamonds here last 9 years never had any issue and price is alway right .compare to other store lot to chose from .
Got my 25th Anniversary gift without any pressure and everybody were very helpful polite and kind .

When to the Sanford store for pandora charm was taken care with the best customer service. The associate was very helpful and didn’t pressure me into buying something I didn’t like. Will go there again to buy my charms . Love it!
