Dick's Sporting Goods - Tustin, California 92782 - The Market Place

I went to the store tonight with my 15 years old nephew who is visiting me from London and my 10 years old son. They were looking at some jerseys and my nephew wanted to get my son one. He picked up the large size but it was too big and he got the smaller size for him. I was at the sneakers section when this staff came with the jersey in his hand and with a very harsh and offensive tone asked my nephew if he wants the jersey. My nephew said no then he gave my nephew the jersey and told him "put it back then"!!!! I was shocked and I asked my nephew where did he left it as I thought maybe he dropped it on the floor or something. He said he left it on the bench nearby. That man left a very bad image of US customer service for my nephew to remember. His behavior was disgraceful and unacceptable and I can say even it was a racist act.
