The Lancôme counter-- customer service is Way below satisfactory. I purchased a product during the gift with purchase promotion. When I got home I only had part of the gift. When I went back to the store and told the associate about it I was told they didn't have any more gifts. I then asked to return my item and low and behold they suddenly had a gift. The counter manager did exchange the partial gift for the full gift but not before she insinuated that I was being dishonest. I will not shop at this Lancôme counter in Dillard's again.
