This store would have done well to retain some of its staff before they converted to outlet. The store itself is ok. About what would be expected from an outlet. However, the sales associates are a far cry from Dillards pre outlet. I have found them as a whole to be very rude and just not what I had been accustomed to from Dillards. Definitely a step down. After my last last experience with a particularly rude salesperson I won't be back.
