Dissatisfied customer
Prien Lake Mall store: went twice to the jewelry department and never asked by an employee if I needed help. The 3 ladies behind the counter never acknowledged me or the other customers in the department while I was there looking at an item in the display case. When I called to make a complaint, a manager never came to the line. I never have that problem in other departments but this is now the third time it’s occurred in the jewelry department. I’ll just go elsewhere from now on and not waste my time with Dillard’s.
