I love this Dillard's. The store is always very pristine, the selection is wonderful, they carry most of my favorite lines, most of all the staff is what keeps me coming back to this particular location. Twice lately I've been to the store and was helped in the customer service department by the most friendly associate named Cindy. She was so professional, efficient, and happy to assist me - which is so rare these days to find such an enthusiastic employee. It is when I encounter workers like this and her positive and eager to please attitude that keeps me coming back to a business. (One of my many) "Hats off" to Dillard's for their continued years of excellent service and products.
