Apparently the previous reviewer hasn't shopped on this mall very often or he would know the staff there is extremely kind and courteous. I have 4 children and shop there often. I've seen them deal very kindly with difficult people. You must be one of those. It's people that shop online and then return everything to the stores that are causing all the malls to close stores. Think about that before you complain.
Customer
Customer service is awful. The Disney Company should be embarrassed to allow this location to continue operation. The former cast members were extremely helpful, pleasant, and embodied the qualities that define Disney employers. There has apparently been significant turnover in recent months, and the current staff is unhelpful and simply unpleasant. I would recommend recommend ordering online or checking out any other Disney Store location before giving the Huntington Mall Disney Store any of your time or money.
