Unacceptable behavior
Amy P is absolutely obnoxious. I witness how she treated a mother and her toddler this afternoon. I then watched as she threw an item on the counter at this mother. I was appalled at how her and a fellow cast member laughed when she asked to speak to a manager and was disgusted as the called her a b$&ch as she left with her child. It was the most disgusting behavior. I’m not sure the entire situation but I did not see this mother acting in any outrageous behavior. I was so upset I left with my daughter. I hope she gets in touch with a manager because this was so unacceptable. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have witnessed this type of situation at this Disney location. This employee (Amy) has been here on several occasions when I have come and she always seems to be in a fowl mood.
Maybe it’s time to make a change.
