I'm extremely disappointed....Worst customer service. My baby got her ears pierced here tonight and I absolutely regret it! When the piercing was finished, my husband noticed that one of my daughters earrings had missing the diamond. They had no sympathy what's so ever and said it happens and there's nothing they can do about it, but give me another pair. And I replied, uh yeah of course you should since there is no diamond.
During this entire time, they saw me very emotional and upset and I expected them to be more sympathetic. They were very unprofessional. If you want good customer service, please go somewhere else.
