Bought their products, have went for follow up facials, all fine & good, however, now I get no response at all re:app't...really don't want to believe these sweet young men would rip off/stand up an elderly client or any client, but that is where it stands.
Pressuring
Avoid this store. It’s a huge rip off, and I felt extremely pressured while in there. Hopefully this helps others know to avoid this place.

I have a free facial schedule May 25. Will not be able to keep. Cannot find any CC way to get ahold of store personnel. Canceling due to health issues.

The employees run people down and then allow children to make purchases without ID. Was there this past Friday evening, and they didn't want to give me back over 450.00. I did however speak to the manager and he did give me the money back Thank God I had it on my bank account transaction cause they never gave my daughter a receipt either first time ever at that mall also.

I went to the mall with some friends of mine and one of the employees chased and followed us for about two minutes getting inches away from us. I asked for him to leave us alone and back off but he then laughed. It got to a point where I had to pull out my pepper spray in self defense. Will never go near that store again, workers are way too aggressive.
