Shoddy Replacement Products, Staff Doesn't Have a Clue
Cracked a screen on my Samsung Galaxy. The first day I was there I was told it would be two hours. I returned to discover that they didn't have the correct screen replacement and that I would need to come back the following day. I returned and a new screen was replaced, all was well. I didn't even make it to the parking lot before realizing I had no cell signal. Employee at kiosk spent another hour googling solutions on his phone. No help.
