Brighton store manager was rude
I placed a catalogue order through the Novi store manager. I asked that manager if it would be returnable if it did not fit she said yes because even though Novi was closing it was an on line purchase. It did not fit and I explained that to the Brighton store manager who refused to return it or even to call their customer service department! She was rude and down right nasty about it.
