I am giving one star because the system does not permit less than that. I had a really bad experience at the DSW store in Plaza Carolina. On Monday, April 24 2017, I went to that store with my daughter who wanted to buy a Converse sport shoe. The representative at that night, a young man, began to ask me if all was fine. I answered him that everything was fine. Then he stop near me watching insistently like if I were to steal any shoe. He repeated the same question again in front of other clients and I felt embarrassed by his attitude towards me. I expressed aloud that the representative thought that I was going to steal a shoe and felt very bad that I asked my daughter to leave the store . He never gave me an apology and we decided to leave the store and went to the store in front of DSW and bought the same Converse shoes that we saw in DSW. DSW was one of my favorite shoe stores. I am not going to buy anymore at that store thanks to that representative.
