Cancellation because you didn't have the shoes in stock but still took my money
I will never use dsw again. You guys jerked me around for 3 weeks trying to order some boots. I reviced emails saying my boots were at the location then when i went to pick them up you said they were still in transit, then you cancelled my order because you didn't have the shoes in stock after taking my money and wasting my time for 3 weeks! Your employees had no idea what was going on and it was beyond frustrating. Over it. Never again.
