Just sent this to DSW Customer Service: I had to write and tell you what a WONDERFUL customer experience I had yesterday at your Norcross, GA store!! Dylan & Laura are HUGE assets to your company! I found a pair of boots on sale, wrong size.....Dylan gladly offered to check other stores - not available but he could order online AND match the 40% off that Norcross was offering.....and they came in black too.....so, of course I ordered both pairs!!! Plus free shipping!! Checking out with these special parameters was not a textbook case but Laura was so bubbly and patient as they worked thru getting the numbers correct. They changed my experience from, a friend is dragging me in to just look (I'm NOT a shopper)....to, I now have 2 new pairs of boots for next season that I CAN"T WAIT to wear!!! PLEASE forward this to someone in management who will appreciate the hard work that these employees put in and what a positive impact it has on the customers lives....it makes me put DSW top on my list when I want shoes!!
