I am a fan of Duck Donuts since visiting one in NC. My visit to this Fairlawn location on 3/11 was very disappointing. The product was good (though my donut wasn't freshly made) and the young lady pleasant enough. Unfortunately, in spite of her persistent efforts, it was clear she had no idea as to how to make a frappe. The repeated placement of the ice scoop on top of the ice machine was concerning. I cancelled the beverage. I also had too much time to observe the lack of cleanliness of the equipment and everything behind the counter. It was disturbingly messy. I would like to stop by at least one more time in hopes that this feedback will initiate some overall improvement. I tried to send this feedback on the Duck Donut site but it failed to go through multiple times.
