Terrible setvice
I wanted a pair of sneakers but they were in the wrong box. I had to call a cashier to the registers to help. She yelled to the back of the store to have someone else yell the barcode numbers and then said I wouldn't be able to return the sneakers because I didn't have the original box. I said that's not my fault that these sneakers didn't have a box. She said to explain myself if I wanted to do a return. They should keep a master list of codes.
A gem right I the middle of Bay Plaza
I love this location the staff are professional & accommodating- the clothing is cute & the prices are reasonable. I always pick up cute items when ever I stop by. I highly recommended to all you fashionista babes out there lol. This ones a keeper & it’s really quite a gem. Happy shopping c.g.

Cashiers are not friendly
I went to the store to to buy shoes and some clothes , I went to pay for the items the cashier just took the items, did not tell me anything just standing I ask her she didn't say anything till I left the store without buying what I suppose to buy
