I bought a pair of shoes from this store, which caused injury to my foot. I went to return but was refused by the Spanish lady, which was rude and was disrespectful. I dropped the pair of shoes in the store and came back without any refund because the rude and disrespectful Spanish lady refused.
I will be retaining the counsel to sue this store and its Corporate too.
