Wow!.....the ladies at the store are patience personified. I have super hard feet to fit and came twice and tried on tons of shoes before buying four pair. The lady who worked with me the most was very encouraging and raved about the Ecco brand. She volunteered to "fix" one of the sandals I liked that had a large scratch on the strap. It looks perfect now. Very nice place to shop because of a staff that is a believer in the product and goes out of their way even for challenging customers. (that's me :-( .....) Thanks ladies!
