Highest quality jewelry and customer service
We had Edward re-set my wife's wedding ring, solder the two rings together, and re-plate with rhodium to change the look from gold to "silver". It looks amazing! Edward and his wife provide top notch customer service and some of the nicest custom made jewelry we have found. The prices are very competitive and Edward is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to fine jewelry and watches. Thank you for all your help and service - we value your friendship!

Great service!
Excellent service. Edward is the best place for jewelry repair in town. He really knows what he's doing. He is very skilled and experienced. I have given my most precious pieces for repair, including broken chainlinks, replacement of stones in a necklace pendant, and so on. He is friendly, helpful, skilled, and highly affordable. No comparison with other places, especially some of the chain ones. I won't go anywhere else for jewelry repair.
Amazing customer service and products!!!!!
I came to this jewelry store to see if they could remove my wedding ring that had become too tight for years. It was closing time and Edward did not hesitate to help me and refused to charge me a dime! (I have to mention that a chain jewelry store in the same mall had told me it would be at least $40 to cut my ring off.) He even took the time to talk to me about my diamond and show it to me under a microscope. He told me that he could resize it and that I should wait a few weeks until my finger recovered. (Again, that same jewelry store had told me that my ring could not be resized and then proceeded to quote me upwards of $600 to reset the ring.)
I can't say enough about the quality of customer service and products in this store. This type of local family owned business is a great example of why I will try and always chose the small business owner.
Thank you so much to Edward and his family. I plan on returning to buy my daughter a birthday present, to have my ring resized and I hope that others discover and visit this great store!!!!
