El dorado western wear - Salinas, California 93906 - Northridge Mall

I was very excited to visit this store since my youngest daughter was looking for a certain Ariat jacket that apparently is only carried by them. we had a very bad and unpleasant experience from the moment we walked in.! all the employees are obviously family related.. so we go in and started looking for the jacket and pants that she wanted, we asked for assistance and were helped by a young man named Jorge! some what pleasant guy! so he handed us what we requested and he let her use 1 of their fitting rooms, as she was in there we waited in between a row since i had my grandson in his stroller.. on one side there was mens jackets an other side a large wall stack of boots! while waiting for my daughter all their employees wouldn't stop looking at us for every time we moved or leaned up against the rack! they all acted as if we were there to steal from them!!! so this older male Hispanic male (owner) walks up to me and says very rudely exuse me i need to get a box of boots from there! i said sure no problem, & i moved over and was watching & waiting for him so i could move back because there is no space in there to really walk around! well he never took out the boots he supposedly was getting! instead he was watching our every move and was checking & looking through my grandson stroller as he bent downwards!! :( so i said very loudly did you loose something!! the man totally ignores me.. ha ha ha ha .. so my daughter opens the door an hands her friend the 1st jacket she tried on and tells her to hold it cause shes not sure which one shes going to buy!! so as her friend was going to hand it to me the older male , very rudely grabs it away from her an says to her... let me have it back you aren't going to buy it anyways!! I immediately tell him that he needs to stop treating us like shit tand that we have money and are her to spend it.. NOT STEAL!! he doesn't say a word and walks away with the jacket.. so we were all sitting there talking about what just happened and well Jorge comes up behind my daughters friends and has the nerve to say that this is how the run their business and that the older man is he dad!!! i immediately tell him wow this is not how you treat customers, you have all your employees{family following us and not giving us space to look. so Jorge goes up to his dad and asked him to leave us alone.. so the dad goes to the front but sends his daughter to watch over us.. Jorge and i were looking for another size for my daughter(mind you shes still inside fitting room) so he hands me another pair of jeans and as I'm taking them to her the daughter rudely blocks me, an said are you done with the fitting room... because we have other paying customers that are going to buy from us and need to use it....I swear if it wasn't for my daughter i probably would have sent this girl where the sun don't shine!!!! so i politely said not yet maam and pulled out a huge pack of nothing but hundred dollar bills!!! wow ive never seen anyone slobber so much as she did..she and her father both felt so foolish.. that they suddenly changed their demeanor and quickly wanted to assist us in finding everything we wanted... unfortunately because of the treatment they gave and how bad they harassed us, i only spent $200+ and not the $800 or more she planned on spending. if it were up to me i wouldn't have spend NOT ONE DIME!!! but ill do anything for my children no matter what.. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS THAT NOT EVERYONE STEALS AND THEY DONT NEED TO BE ALL UP IN EVERYONES FACE AND NOT GIVING THEM SPACE TO SHOP COMFORTABLE .. IF IT WAS UP TO ME I WOULDNT GIVE NOT 1 START BUT HAVE TO.... Horrible experience and the staff are very despota ...
