The worst
The worst customer service, so rude. Did a terrible job on my nails- cut me with the dremel multiple time, terrible shape, sloppy thick gel with so many bubbles. Then I
find out she charged my card more than I left. I will never go back!
A Living woman
I felt like I was in Communist China and did not have any rights...I was forced to sign my Information, have my temperature taken and put a mask on. We are at very high elevations so I have a hard time breathing. These demands are against the ADA and
HIPAA. I left without meeting their demands and suffer horrid anxiety attacks with my face twitching. What a horrid experience. I will never go back and I do not recommend this place to anyone
Terrible Experience
My experience was awful, rushed, and overall sloppy. Nail surface left misshaped, polish is rippling and peeling. I was cut multiple times because the tech was looking in every direction but down laughing and talking while filing my nails. I was told the shape that would look the best and when I asked for what I wanted the tech seemed annoyed and did a terrible job. I go to a shop because I want something professional and my experience was anything but a professional manicure. I don't typically like to leave bad reviews but I really would hate for someone else to have a similar experience.
