Been coming to this jewelry store for over 5 years. My experiences has been 8 out of 10 so far that's why I have continuously came back but now I have notice the sales team has changed. and now they try to pressure you into buying beyond the normal sales man pitch. Most of the merchandise are overpriced thin the MSRP recommended. In the last 5 years I have spent a little over $10,000 at this establishment so recently I went in to get a new watch .The next day I notice the date on the watch would not set so I took the watch back . I was allowed to exchange the watch but the watch that I exchange it for wasn't no good as well. And then I was told I couldn't exchange no more and that all sales are final it wasn't even 5 days from the purchase date on my receipt it says nothing about limited exchanges.the watch was still in its original plastic I haven't worn it yet. I wasn't allowed to exchange the watch or allowed store credit I asked why no one was able to answer that question so I ask for the manager he refused to come out the office and speak to me and tell me why. I have done a lot of business with this store over the years and I feel like I wasn't treated like a loyal customer would not recommend the store to any friends of mine .
