Took their time to answer all my questions and were incredible attentive to my needs. i only take my luxury watch colletion to them!
Concerned customer
Zero rating the man at the kiosk gave me a price and because I asked him how he determined the prices. He immediately became rude!! Told me to stop complaining about the prices!!! I asked for the owner or managers name. He refused to give it to me! When does asking a question about a price become “complaining”??? He then became inappropriate in the presence of my children!! Customer Service is completely I professional. Please note I make over 105,000,00 a year, I don’t complain about prices, I inquire about them.
