Erin’s Way Sports - Watertown, New York 13601 - Salmon Run Mall

Went here 3 times. 1st time there was a sign saying they'd be back in 15 mins. 2 hours later still closed. 2nd time a man was sleeping behind the cash register. Unprofessional. He jumped up stating he was watching tv on his cell.without being asked.lol huge lie.3rd time walked in no one was there was there 15 mins looking around same man tried to sneak in the corner pretending to work. saw him walk in the store.lost tons of money in sales.

I've walked past this store multiple times and inside only a handful of times. They during the presidential election put a shirt outside their store on display supporting trump which is fine, the text on the shirt wasnt. Having a shirt saying "grab them by the pussy" isnt professional nor is it okay to display outside the store.. they arent even following guidelines. I've seen multiple customers go in and remove their mask. Last thing i need is to catch covid. Definitely a lack of care for the employees and no care for customers health in these times. The employees are nice but sadly cant speak up to tell customers to wear a mask.

Went to Salmon Run Mall to get a sports blanket for my daughter's B-day. At 6:30PM, the cage was closed with a sign saying they would be back in 15 minutes because they went to get food. I ended up waiting until 7:30PM. I called their phone number, someone answered like it was a personal line. I asked if they were going to re-open. He said he didn't know, he'd have to call someone. He never called me back. I called him back, and he said he couldn't reach anyone, so they must have closed. I'm very upset that I wasted that time waiting, only to get the response that I received. After waiting an hour, I still had an hour drive home. The man I spoke with didn't seem concerned or apologetic. This store needs a more customer focused approach.
