They are trying to sell $50 invicta quartz watches for $250-$500!! Ripping off people who don't know any better. Also there are no manufacturer warranty cards inside the watch boxes that all invicta watches come with..that is very suspicious and indicates possible fakes or resold used watches.. beware of these scammers trying to rip you off. You can buy anything they have on Amazon for literally 300% less and have a return money back option.

Very poor quality of jewelry over half of it is fake and they prolly will try to sell as real. Very rude and don't understand the word NO. DONT SHOP FAIRFIELD OR DAYTON MALL.

I have had the worse experience ever at this business, I bought a 10k gold chain with a charm at the dayton mall location ,told Me to bring back if anything happens not once but twice the necklace broke he replaced it the first time next day same thing brokeWent back manager wasn't there told me to come back.on a Saturday he would give Me another chain.manager not there talked on phone.Told me he wasn't going to replace it. Stay away from this place

I bought a chain from Euro Fashion Collection last year. They have very affordable price. It's way less that what other store charge. I have been wearing it since 6 months. I am very happy with the product and the service. I would recommend everyone to buy here.

This was the worst experience I have had 8n a long time. First of all the salesmen tells my wife that I wouldn't want a cheap necklace that she had picked out. He suggested that she get some thick necklace that I would never wear. Then she asks for an 24 inch and he tells her that no one wears a necklace that long everyday. The I get the necklace on Christmas and it breaks by new years. Believe me when I saw I didn't do anything to cause it. Ima IT geek who sits at a desk. I finally get time to get it fixed and I'm told they don't repair their own products and he tried to up sale me on a big thick necklace. No one should ever buy anything from them again! I will not! I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Salesperson verbally falsely advertised jewelry as gold when it was not and sold it to a 15 year old child, taking their cash. When confronted about falsely advertising it as gold to a minor, they refused to give a refund and called mall security. This is a shady company. We will be reporting to the attorney general’s office as they also did not apply tax to the receipt.
