High turnover rate with wacrrs
I’ve seen 3 different wavers in the past year. All of them missed hairs and did not do a good job each time. Management should offer monthly training to ensure waxers are up to date in removing all of the hair. One waxer, Katora who is no longer there was not responsive to small talk and the wax was if she did nothing. Please EWS focus on customers being satisfied with their services and not just a wax done 1/2 way.
