do not go here for a phone nor any help these people will mess everything up and last time I was I heard saying someone got all her info.... there is no supervisor you can talk to …. no one and there not even with metro pcs... I bought 2 phones and been waiting over a month and they want me to wait another month because there working doesn't know what she is doing …. rosa poor job
