They didn't honor my request and I have employer sponsored insurance and cash. I am 60 white female and have trouble seeing regular sized print and requested no bifocals instead make the entire lens to magnify so that I can properly see. They did not honor my request and now I suffer severe neck problems as I had to raise my head so high to view my desktop computer or anything eye level (bifocals are good for looking down) as the bifocals are located at the bottom of the lens. I finally turned my glasses upside down to prevent further damage to my neck but the view is uneven and blurred and probably bad for me. I called them and they said there is no such product and rushed me off the phone. I will never go there again. It is upsetting to say the least. They do not deserve ONE star.
