Wanted to give a shout-out to your staff. In particular "Courtney"! She was very personable, professional, and very, very knowledgeable about the entire process. From front desk to eye glasses, and lenses, to check-out. What a gem. Also wanted to give credit to Janelle, for her smooth customer service. I look forward to the next contact, and I would certainly recommend this establishment to all. I also wanted to note that I had come in the week before, and with shortage of staff, and a hectic day, Courtney was very professional and patient in handling the rush of customers. She kept her cool, and really, really communicated to the waiting customers by talking, and acknowledging them...with her apologies. She had everything under control!! Great customer service!!!!! Nice job Courtney!!!!
