I have used Eyemart for many years and other than an occasional glitch that needed fixing have been happy using them. However that changed a few days ago when I went in to order sunglasses. It was suggested I get the second pair deal which I agreed to since the second pair was free. We discussed frames and I chose two pair and paid for them. When I went to get the first pair they were not sunglasses as I expected. I understand misunderstandings and mistakes happen. The problem came when the gentleman helping me became very rude and condescending when I questioned why I wasn’t receiving two sunglasses as I was not told one pair would be clear. I assumed the two would be the same as we even discussed the color frame I usually get and was never asked which frame I wanted the sunglasses put into. The salesperson became very argumentative with me and finally thrust the glasses at me and told me I could throw them away if I wanted to but they were the ones I was getting. I was floored. And insulted. And irritated. Today I took the clear pair back and cancelled the order. I’m very saddened that I was treated in such a condescending insulting manner and regret I cannot use Eyemart anymore after many years of using them.
