BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Be careful when you purchase inventory at FYE. The sticker price may say one thing but the computer price may be higher. Today I tried to purchase a CD that was marked $11.99, however, the register said $18.99 and the manager refused to honor the sticker price and would not call her manager to obtain permission to honor the sticker price. This is totally unacceptable and I will NEVER shop at this store again. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FYE!!
