Broke my watch and offered no remedy!
Dropped off watch for a simple battery replacement and returned to find my $150 watch in pieces! Worker said, “It was already like this.” It most certainly was not in pieces when I handed it to them. I asked if they could fix what they broke and an older gentleman said, "No, we can't fix it. It's not even an expensive watch." I would highly recommend no patronizing this business. Beware.
