i had a sterling silver name plate made for me at the queens center mall location and I am so happy with the result. They were very professional, friendly and talented. I will be going there from now on. ? the staff is just wonderful.

I took my Longine's watch to have repair at the Queens Center Store, on 02/15,2020 . A few months later I noticed the watch was running too fast. Due to the Corona virus the store was closed. I sent an email, and a nice lady named Johanna answered, telling me some one will call me up. On 07/25,2020, Mark called and offered to come over to my house to picked-up the watch and have it checked. He did so, and on Sunday, 08/02,2020, around 2:00 PM he came back and returned my watch. Some adjustment was done and my dear watch is working fine. I called mark, Phone #347 924 8444, and told him I am very satisfy with the job. Mark, Sergio, and Judy are excellent, responsible people
