Fast fix is a fast ripoff.
I brought a necklace in to have a broken clasp replaced. I was given a quote of $44.95 for the clasp and another $10.00 for the repair. I went online and found an identical sterling silver lobster clasp for $4.95. I will take my necklace somewhere else to have it repaired. Their prices are way out of line. I would not recommend them to anyone.
