Walked in fendi , yes i was greeted, ask the associate working there if they had a product , she said no but i can check if i can order it for you , the entire time watching us look around instead of looking for the item , did Not say yes or no if the product was available. That’s what you call customer service? Watching customers shop instead of going above and beyond . Walked out empty handed. This was today at 12:30 pm
