Was not pleased the way you treat your Customers. I was sent a letter, from Fidelity office, (arrived after deadline to make one of the choices). Had to call Home Office to solve the
problem.
I am upset because I don't think Business should be conducted in the outer Lobby. What are offices FOR?
I guess my account of $190,000. Is too small to conduct in one of your offices.
I called the Home Office and reported the above treatment.
Go to a Cincinnati Office
As per above review, the office at the Greene cannot seem to answer a phone. I had no problems with Cincinnati office but I wanted the Greene office. Go elsewhere is right. My daughter reached them at one point but they weren't interested much in meeting with her.
Engineer
Received rollover lumps um from 401k (significant amount). Called Beavercreek Oh office three times and was on hold each time in excess of 30 minutes.
Sorry folks. I went elsewhere.
