Disgruntled Customer
Fila has the worst customer service known to man. I purchased a gift for my Pastor's birthday gift. The gift was presented on his birthday, along with a gift receipt. He attempted to exchange the clothing today at approximately 4:15 pm. today. The store manager was extremely unprofessional, incompetent and apathetic. When asked about information pertaining to the regional manager and corporate, she failed to disclose the information. Hopefully, someone from corporate reads this and contacts me. Regardless, I will lodge a formal complaint with Fila corporate on Monday.
