Finish Line - Fayetteville, North Carolina 28303 - Cross Creek Mall

Called ahead on a new sneaker release that was happening. They said the shoe was releasing at a certain time so I called to make sure they had them, they said it got pushed back another 3 hours. Called 3 hours later, got pushed back 2 more hours. The lady on the phone was very rude so when I decided to go to the store and see if they had them the manager had me wait 15 min & then came out & yelled across the store to me that they no longer had any sizes. I had told her “I appreciate it” and because she didn’t hear me she said “hello, so you’re not going to say anything? .... guess I’m talking to myself” then walked off and started laughing rudely. Then her cashier started laughing making it very obvious. It was just very rude and unprofessional especially being from the manager just because she didn’t hear me the first time. Also one of the employees said, being rude trying to make whatever point they were, that they didn’t have have the sizes I needed because they were holding them for themselves in the back. I think find this to be fair or right. As well as their comment that they weren’t going to honor the military discount either.
