I went to you Greenspoint mall location in Houston Texas. I went to the store to purchase a launch item. I was on line for the shoes at 9:50AM. The store manager asked me what size I needed I said 6.5 He asked the gentleman behind me the guy said 8.5 He allowed that gentleman to purchase the shoes and told me to Return Friday. I then went to my vehicle to express my frustration to Finishline customer service They advised me to return to the store and get a name. When i returned to the store I saw that all individuals whom were behind me were at the register purchasing shoes. To top thing off none of the employees were wearing name badges and refused to provide a name. I will report this store to Nike Corporate because the lack of integrity shown is astonishing. You also failed to address a previous matter in December.
