Horrible I work at the store next to it and I asked if they could move their line because it was blocking my store and customers couldn't come in and the guy robert was very rude and talked to me like I was dumb he told me to control my doorway but its his line so why can't he move it? He made me feel terrible and I had to go back to my store shaking because of my anxiety and I went and cried in our bathroom

really bad experience today 6/18/20 with a very rude lady taking care of the line at the door. She didn't want to give me her name and her badge was turn so her name was not showing. we were in line as we saw there were more than 20 people in the store at approximately 6:45pm. we saw some customers leaving and at 6:50 she close the door we thaught it was to have a better control but it turns out that at 6:55 we ask her if she was going to let us in and she said it was closed I ask her for her name and very rude said she didn't have to give it to us. we told her we were in line before she close the door and her answer was "there was no line you didn't come in becuase you didn't want to!" so I demanded to talk to her supervisor and she said no but everyone inside heard and her manager came over and told her to let us in, this made her furious! While in the store she told us in a demanding voice "we are closing in 5 mins!" How rude of her if she doesn't like her job and doesn't like to deal with people she should find another job. I don'tthink they pay her to look pretty just standing by the door. I wanted to get her name to report her but no one gave me her name. Hope some one can give her a warning!!!
